This final volume is filled with further stunning photography of Tiffin and Seneca County. Even in this COVID time, there are sights to be seen and activities to be enjoyed. There is a small chapter revealing a secret visit to the attic of the East Tower. Further place-making of local history is captured in photos of the new Farmers Market on Jefferson Street, and the first evening fountain show at National Corner at the East Green which, in part, was in lieu of the City’s usual summer fireworks display. A further new chapter is “Cruising the County,” which has classic cars visiting Fostoria and many of the villages in and on the outer edge of the county. There is also a new section capturing and displaying the wonders of the four seasons that embrace us each year. Then, there are old favorites, such as “Justice Center 360 Revisited,” an exercise in spotting our prominent JJC cupula from almost everywhere in town.
